It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Ulmer (Ruffin, South Carolina), who passed away on April 30, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Breland Ulmer and Della Crosby Ulmer; his spouse Patsy Varnadoe Ulmer; his daughter Vickie Ulmer Phillips (The Reverend Lee); and his grandchildren, Mindy Phillips Sandifer (Benji), Lee Phillips (Ellen), Tiffany Phillips and Chelsey Phillips Hayes (Jeremiah). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
