He is survived by: his wife Amie Lee Sampson Green; and his children, Johnnie Green Boatwright (Sallie), Delphenia Wilson, Reginald Lee Green (Joanne) and Debbie Pullins (Kevin). He is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, one great-great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
