He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Bray Ridgle; his parents, Johnnie McDuffie Ridgle and Eliza Jane Castleman Ridgle; his stepdaughter Marie Burkhart; and his sister Emily Long.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Parker (Jon) of Waycross, Georgia and Kenna Robertson (Roy) of Ruffin; his stepchildren, Jeff Cramer and Connie Meyer; his sister Dianna Yarbrough; his uncle Luther Ridgle of Andrews; his grandchildren, Kelly Chisom, Ashley Koger, Adam Robertson, Jamiee Robertson, Jesse Paul Tilson, Jr., Tilson, Joshua Tilson, Tim Burkhart and Alicia Coombes; his son Oscar; and his close friend Fred Crosby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
