The memory of Dean Strickland of Ruffin, South Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2024 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Durant Strickland and Marlene Smyly Strickland; and his pets, Chester and Shadow. He is survived by: his children, Brandi Strickland of Ruffin, Keith Strickland of Ruffin, Bradley Strickland of Ruffin and Ashley Strickland; his grandchildren, Taylor Jones (Austin), Brad Strickland, Elizabeth Strickland and Olivia Strickland; his siblings, Cary Strickland (Debbie) of Cottageville and Ann Hawkins (Mark) of Ruffin; and his close friend Dixie.
