With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W. Hudson of Ruffin, South Carolina, who passed away on May 19, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As David departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved David. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ewell Hudson and Thelma Hudson Crosby; his stepfather Charles E. Crosby; and his niece Christy Worley. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra H. Crosby of Ruffin, Brenda H. Murdaugh (Walter) of Walterboro and Edward Kim Hudson (Peggy) of Ruffin; and his stepsiblings, Charles E. Crosby, Jr., David W. Crosby and Shirley Pellum. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
