He is survived by: his wife Ruby Vernelle Lowman; his children, Dianne Kyzer (Jim), Kaye Steele (Barry), Jessie V. Lowman, Jr. (Jan) and Jeffery Lowman (Delores); his grandchildren, Brian Kyzer (Tammy), Stephanie Desjarlais (Rodney), Jessica Cason (Michael), Kristi Steele, Justin Steele (Haylee), Jared Lowman, Jayna Lowman, Cole Riddlehoover and McKayla Lowman; his great grandchildren, Amber, Kevin Kyzer, Allison, Andrew Desjarlais, Logan, Chance, Ravyn Cason, Abigail Lowman and Monroe Steele; his siblings, Daniel Lowman, Bula Matthews (William), Eula Price (Simeon J.) and Harold Lowman (Lindell); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Lowman, Rachel Lowman and Hoy Heywood.
