He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Boswell and Essie Deese Boswell; his wife Edith "Edie" Locklear Boswell; and his brothers, Robert "Pete" Boswell (Laurel "Dick" Boswell) and Warren "Cooter" Boswell (Donnie Faye Griggs).
He is survived by: his children, Warren Boswell (Susie) of Ruby, SC and Misty Watson (Danny) of Summerville, SC.; his grandchildren, Bella-Claire Watson, Jaxon Watson, Zachary Boswell (Shelby) and Nicholas Boswell; and his great grandchildren, Weston and Hadleigh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
