She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl W. Wygant and Barbara A. Carvey. She is survived by: her children, William Ray Cowper, Jr. of Greensboro, N. C. and Genesis Bundy of Rowesville, S. C.; her grandchildren, Alyssa Cowper of Orangeburg and Raistlin Skyeblade Cowper of Orangeburg; and her great grandchild Cole Cowper.
