He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Sexton (June) and Rosalie Williams Sexton; his grandson David Connor Sexton; and his siblings, Bill Sexton, Denny Sexton, Louise McGlocalin, Aline Russel and Gladis Sexton.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Pruitt Sexton; his children, Tory Dowling (Mark), Jammy S. Sexton and Robbie Sexton (Samantha); his grandchildren, Justin Dowling, Austin Dowling (Carly), Caleb Sexton, Kayli Sexton, Morgan Sexton, Alyssa Dowling, Zach Sexton, Emily Sexton, Kenzie Sexton and Colton Sexton; his great grandchildren, Tobias Chandler and Harrison Bennett; and his siblings, Mary Gabriel (Mike), Robert Sexton (Sandy), Barbara Fuller (Dennis), James Sexton (Marilyn) and Holly Grogan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (3000 Stone Station Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
