She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Chester Lindsay and Mattie Cudd Lindsay; and her husband James David Price. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Price and Allison Price Rhodes (Jeff) of Pauline, SC; her grandchildren, Lindsay Martin Stevens (J. T.), Dallas R. Martin (Samantha), Alyssa K. Rhodes, Da'Miyah J. Wiggins and Kiley J. Rhodes; and her great grandchild Sawyer C. Stevens.
