He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Hadden Forry and Fred Frank Forry; and his brothers, Robert Forry and Frank Forry. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Woods Forry; his pet Max; his stepdaughter Mary Melissa Threadgill Brunetti (Oliver); his niece Hadden Goodman (Travis) of Jackson Hole, WY; his nephew Samuel P. Forry (Nikki) of Garrett Park, MD; and his great-nephews, Jonathan and Joseph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
