We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, at the age of 91, Robert Lee Sutherland Sr. (Roebuck, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude (Lawrence Augustus Sutherland) and Robert; his daughter Alice E. Sutherland; his brother James Sutherland; and his brother-in-law Charles Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Harbin Sutherland; his children, Robert Lee Sutherland Jr. (Denise), Michael Lynn Sutherland (Tressa), Janice S. Kelly and Tina S. Justice (Tim); and his siblings, Lawrence Sutherland (Patsy), Mary S. Kelley and Martha S. Peeler (Dennis). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
