He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jean Bruce Owens; his daughters, Robin Tapp Ward (Steve) and Vickie Owens; his grandchildren, Brandon Tapp (Jessica), Jason Tapp (Rachel), Nathan Tapp (Brandy), Jon Eddy and Kyle Eddy (Jade); his great grandchildren, Hailey Jean, Bryce, Dominick, Skylar, Mason, Baylee and Daxton Tapp; his siblings, Earline, Melba, John, Clyde, Jr. and Ken; his sons, Jeffery Ken Owens and Jeremy Bruce Owens; and his siblings, Clifford, Steve, Neil, Irene and Leland.
