It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Seay (Roebuck, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul William Seay, Sr. and Marjorie Barnett Seay. He is survived by : his daughter Donna Seay Capps (Lee); his grandson Tyler Lee Capps; and his siblings, Linda Clippard (Reggie) and Steven Seay (Mary Ann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
