He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harvey West and Estelle Phillips West. He is survived by: his wife Julie West; his daughters, Tracy West Williams (Jonathan) of Simpsonville and Bonnie West Lynch (Adam) of North Charleston; his grandchildren, Dax Lynch, Briley Williams, Westelin Williams and Eleanor "Ella" Williams; and his brother Norman West (Carol) of Taylors.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home (690 Southport Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Calvary Presbyterian Church (1399 Walnut Grove Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376).
