He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Amzie L. Woodruff and Hermina Young; his stepmother Connie Woodruff; his sons, Darnell and Latroy Woodruff; his siblings, Sidney Woodruff, Tracy Young, Audrey Woodruff, Scarlett Watts, Phyllis Bowie (Lance), Shelia Pearson (Arthur) and Jeannette Young; his grandsons, Cody and Scott Woodruff; his aunts and uncles, Kay Young, Barbara McClintock, Dennis and Joe Woodruff; and his cousin Will Anderson. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
