He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas and Marie; and his brothers, Frank and Harold Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Garrett Blanchard; his daughters, Debi Blanchard Tollison (Tim) and Elizabeth Blanchard Joyce (Bill); his grandchildren, Zack, Zabrina Tollison, Silas and Anna Dunn Joyce; and his siblings, Pearl Harrison (Jerry), Choice Blanchard (Linda) and Silas Jr. Blanchard (Betty).
