He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Smith and Randall "Bud" Smith; and his brothers, Hollis Eugene Smith and Johnnie Preston Smith. He is survived by: his wife Katherine M. Smith; his daughters, Rhonda S. Dellinger and Sondra Smith-Adcock (Jon); his grandsons, Samuel Smith Dellinger, Joel Calvin Adcock and Cary Thomas Adcock; his sisters, Brenda Kay Smith and Judy Smith Divita (Charlie); and his nieces, Tracy Rice (Troy) and Ryan Sargent (Josh). He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
