Joan D. Turnage Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan D. Turnage (Roebuck, South Carolina), born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, who passed away on December 10, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Dobbins and Alma Bland Hendrix; her granddaughter Josie Turnage; and her daughter-in-law Denise Turnage. She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" William Turnage; her children, Scott Turnage of Cayce, SC, Greg H. Turnage (Leslie) of Tryon, NC and Nela Loflin (Ronnie) of Tryon, NC; and her grandchildren, Christopher Schultz, Harrison Turnage, Jennifer Voelp and Amanda Carter. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
