He is survived by : his wife Tabatha Blanchard; his parents, James Jolly and Paula Jolly; his sister Amy Jolly of Amanda Jolly; his nieces, Chastan, Bella and Hope; his grandparents, Pat Zimmerman and Peggy Jolly; his uncles, Robin, Jody, Michael and Jeff; and his aunt Ruth.
