He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Rush and Suzanne Rush. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Olsen Rush; his children, Jacob Rush Jr., Hannah Kai Rush and Haley Rush; his sisters, Gabrielle Cline and Chelsie Rush; and his grandfather Chris Wintle. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
