He is survived by: his wife Frances Pauline Moody Stephens; his children, Rhonda Richards, Brian Keith Stephens, Mark Martines (Sherri), Deborah Cates (Jeffrey) and Tim Martines (Tara); his brothers, William Stephens and Mitchel Stephens (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Amanda Stephens, Marie, Jimmy, Denae, Kaycee Jones (Thomas), Ryan Martines, Chelsea Martines, Taylor Martines, Mason Martines, Brooklyn Martines, Christopher Cates, Tyler Cates and Benjamin Cates. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (3000 Stone Station Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
