He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Alice Salters Sullivan of Spartanburg, SC, Melba Salters Kerns (Jessie) of Spartanburg, SC and John Alex "Shorty" Salters; and his children, Grover Cleveland "Peanut" Salters, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC, Steve Salters of Spartanburg, SC, Jimmy Salters (Jackie) of Spartanburg, SC, Michael Mills (Tonya) of Atlanta, GA, Betty Jo Wilkins (John) of Spartanburg, SC, Karen Hunter (Bobby) of Spartanburg, SC, Pamela Rhodes (Maurice) of Spartanburg, SC, Lisa Smith (Bennie) of Spartanburg, SC and Debra Wynn of Spartanburg, SC. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; his thirty-four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
