She is survived by: her children, Kevlin Foster, Jr. (Verna) of Hammond, Frances Seay (Chuck) of Roebuck, SC and Judy Hill (Vernon, Sr.) of Russellville, AR; and her siblings, Linda Harper of Loranger and Roland Bourgeois of Ponchatoula. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren; and numerous great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
