He is survived by: his wife Jane Gregg Mullins; his children, Teresa Wyndham (John) of Moore, Michael Mullins (Tammy) of Moore, Travis Mullins (Jessica) of Moore and Ethan Mullins of Moore; his siblings, Louise Parris (Keith) of Spartanburg and Arthur "Moon" Mullins (Nesie) of Moore; and his grandchildren, Adam Wyndham, Zack, John Marc Wingo, Bailey Mullins, Jake and Eli Mullins.
