It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Christopher Brinks (Roebuck, South Carolina), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Brinks and Jane Brinks; his sister Suzanne; and his sister-in-law Carol. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his daughters, Connie Dragicevich (Zack) and Sarah Miller (Brandon); his granddaughter Clara; his brothers, Adrian, Gery, Andy and Jim; his brother-in-law John; and his sister Monica. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of sending flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Association of Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties, which provided much relief and support to Dave and Suzanne during his courageous battle with cancer.

As I got to know David over the years, I always appreciated his warm smile, easy sense of humor and true kindness.
