He is survived by: his parent Olive Anna Grover Utter; his wife Jackie Utter; his sons, Scott Utter (Tina) of Roebuck, SC, Mike Utter of Roebuck, SC and Jeff Utter (Malinda) of Roebuck, SC; his grandchildren, Brittany Utter Tate (Kevin), Haylee Utter, Kendale Utter and Jessica Utter; his great grandchild Brayden Tate; and his sister Elma Walling (Clayton). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
