It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Atlee Pettit of Roebuck, South Carolina, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Goldie; and his siblings, Curtis, Roy, Wayne, Leukiva and Allie.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon G. Pettit; his children, Julie Cooper (Brian) of Pauline, Kay Kirby (Tyler) of Boiling Springs and Steve (Paige) of Roebuck; his grandchildren, Jacob, Brock (Destiney), Julianne, Goldie (Kevin), Andrew, John Tyler and Mills; his great grandchildren, Brooks and Rhett; and his brother Bobby. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
