He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Waldo Goodwin and Helen Garretson Goodwin. He is survived by: his girlfriend Pamela N. Smith; his daughter Lacy Goodwin; his granddaughters, Ryleigh Cameron Smith and Elizabeth "Lizzy" Goodwin; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
