She is survived by: her children, James F. Goins (Marsha), Russell Goins (Rosie), Lester Goins, Jr. (Sharon), Phyllis G. Chappell (Chris) and Lena Everall (Eric). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and many special friends.
