He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Witherspoon and Sara Witherspoon. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Renee Ginn (James) of Waxhaw, NC and Shara Clark (Tim) of Fort Mill, SC; his grandchildren, Tyler Ginn, CJ Ginn, Aiden Ginn, Isaac Clark and Olivia Clark; his sisters, Neida Thompson (Bill) of Crossville, TN and Rachel Low of Lebanon, TN; his nephew Joshua Low (Mary) of Washington, D. C.; his niece Amy Williams (Andrew) of Chattanooga, TN; his great-nephew Emory; and his great-niece Sophia.
