He is survived by: his daughters, Alison Whitley Hearl of Seneca, SC and Sally Whitley Slough (Marty Irvin) of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Matthew William Hearl of Norfolk, VA, Jonathan Christian Hearl of Seneca, SC, Caroline Whitley Slough of Rock Hill, SC and Andrew David Hearl of Seneca, SC; his brother Allie E. Whitley (Pat) of Fort Mill, SC; and his brother-in-law James T. Poore, Sr. of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by his brother, (Robert Leon Whitley Sr.), his sister, (Carolyn Whitley Poore) and his sister-in-law.
