He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Baldwin and Aletha Loni Tilley Baldwin; his wife Joann Rasnake Baldwin; and his siblings, Roy Baldwin, Lois Baldwin White and Ethel Baldwin Vickers.
He is survived by: his sons, William David Baldwin of Rock Hill and Kenneth Lee Baldwin (Tara) of York; and his granddaughters, Bethany and Hannah Baldwin.
