With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William Estridge of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Great Falls, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. William left this world on November 11, 2024 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marion Estridge and Buna Jeanette Scott Estridge; his sister Myra; his brother-in-law Dale McCants; and his nephew Brent McCants.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Cotton Estridge; his daughter Elicia "Dawne" Estridge Reddeck (Keith); his grandsons, Preston Reddeck (Maggie) and Griffin Reddeck; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Forest Reddeck; his sister Marion Starnes; and his nephews, Mark Starnes, Michael Starnes and Billy McCants.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burgess Funeral Home (1800 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29721). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Burgess Funeral Home (1800 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29721). A burial will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Lancaster Memorial Park (1389 Memorial Park Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
