He is survived by: his wife Kay Bumgarner Boulware; his children, Chris Boulware, Brad Boulware, Michael Boulware, Matthew Boulware and Paula Cole; and his siblings, Bill Boulware and Ann Biggers. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
