He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Thomas Dey and Carrie Ida Kemp Dey. He is survived by: his wife Jo Dora Marquard Dey; his sons, Kenneth Dey of Fredericksburg, VA and Michael Dey (Cynthia) of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Thomas Dey (Linda) of Amherst, NY and Elizabeth Mancuso (Mark) of Olean, NY; his grandchildren, Nathan, Dustin, Logan, Seth (Alexandra), James (Zoe) and Brandes; his stepchildren, Michael Stroud (Angela) of West Columbia, SC, Ronnie Stroud of Rock Hill, SC and Rhonda James (Steven) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his stepgrandchildren, Tracy, Eric, Blake, Amber, Steve and Daniel.
