He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Manera and Fortunatina Bunomo Manera. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jacoby Manera; his son Rodrigo Manera (Monica) of Monterrey; his stepchildren, Melissa White (Eric) of Iowa and Steven Krauszer; and his sister Tomasina Foster.
