It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Everette of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Judith Lee Genovese Corbett; and her children, Kelsey Rae, Jamie Lynn, Kimberly Joy and Joshua Ross Everette.
She is survived by: her husband James Everette; her daughter Sarah Rose Everette of Rock Hill; her father Joseph Corbett of Pinehurst, NC; her siblings, Eric Corbett (Tracy) of Pinehurst, NC and Karin Potter (Jon) of Southern Pines, NC; her nieces and nephews, Jonathan Potter of Pinehurst, NC, Nicole Hall (Justin) of Lillington, NC, Kyle Corbett of Charlotte, NC and Karsen Corbett of Charlotte, NC; and her sister-in-law Faye Pass of Greenville, NC.
