He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brzozka-Malak; his children, Suzanne Malak and Kevin Malak (Roy Anne); his granddaughter Carrie Ann Malak; his great grandchild Dante; his stepchildren, Amy Melendez (Gilbert), Scot Brzozka (Kelly) and Brian Brzozka; and his stepgrandchildren, Alayna Melendez, Jared, Kyle Brzozka, Caiden and Cooper Brzozka.
