She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Hicks Doggett and Lucille Stone Doggett; her husband Myron "Mike" Frailey; her siblings, Pat Cabiness and Joe Doggett; and her son-in-law Sam Morton.

She is survived by: her children, Myra Frailey Morton, Marnie Frailey (Amy Westbrook), David Frailey (Tammy) and Dean Frailey (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Trey Croom (Katilynne), Connor Frailey, Alexey Morton, Jackson Frailey, Logan Frailey, Stone Frailey, Tyler Frailey, Ragan Croom and Nikki Morton; and her great grandchild Jaiden Moore. She is also survived by her family, friends.

The family asks that contributions in Sylvia's memory be made to Alzheimer's research at http://www.alz.org.
