He was predeceased by: his brother Norman Watkins, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Curtis (Meachelle), Sylvester III and Sherise Watkins Miller; and his siblings, Cecil, Gerald (Demetria), Kenneth (Linda), Stanley (Patricia), Howard (Anita) and Darlene Watkins Saunders. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
