He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Rowe; and his parents, Clyde Rowe and Mary Rowe. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Goodrich (Adam) of Ohio; and his siblings, Stacey Laney (Debbie) of New Mexico, Dale Rowe, Shane Rowe of York and Sherry McDaniel (Michael) of Hephzibah.
