He is survived by: his wife Sarah Vinson Winn; and his children, Kenneth Barnes of Rock Hill, Robert Winn of Rock Hill, Jesse Winn of Rock Hill, Heather Winn of Rock Hill, Kayce Winn of Rock Hill, Kelsey Sims of Rock Hill and Jordan Winn of Rock Hill. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
