It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Bass Huffstetler of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Blythewood, South Carolina, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Talmadge Ivey Bass Sr. and Sara Elizabeth Cato; her brother Talmadge Bass Jr. "Buddy"; and her sister-in-law Linda Bass. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Huffstetler; her daughters, Kathy Seay (Shann) and Lisa Whisenant; her grandchildren, Josh Whisenant (Suzanne), Cory Seay (Amy), Casey Seay (Logan), Matt Whisenant (Melissa) and Lauren Parker (Scott); her great grandchildren, Caiden Nguyen, Ridge Seay and Ava Whisenant; and her siblings, Peggy Greene (Butch) and Roger Bass (Shirley).
