He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Crouch and Ruth Crouch of Lakeland Florida; his brother Phillip Crouch Jr.; and his father-in-law Richard Given. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Given Crouch; his sons, Phillip Crouch and Samuel Crouch of Rock Hill; and his siblings, Mark Crouch and Lynn Burns of Lakeland Florida.
