She is survived by: her children, Heyward Canty, Jr. (Jackie), Timothy Dean Canty (Cindy), Lynn Canty Varderford (Forrest) and Ellen Canty Bridges (Bob); her daughter-in-law Dawn Canty; and her siblings, Alton Potts, Michael Potts, Peggy Fail, Grace Grier, Naomi Licalsi and Melinda Presley. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 37 great- grandchildren; and 29 great-great-grandchildren.
