He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Guy and Agatha Mariana Guy; and his granddaughter Ashli Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Billie Duncan Guy; his children, Toni Carnes (Charlie) of Snellville, GA, Melody Barbee (Hugh) of Senoia, GA, Valli Simyak of Stockbridge, GA, Tami Luddeke (Chuck) of Sugar Grove, NC and Sam J. Guy of Loganville, GA; and his brothers, Frank Guy of Ravenna, OH, Michael Guy of Kent, OH and Danny Guy of Ravenna, OH.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Guy's name to Agape Hospice, 1326 Ebenezer Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732.
