He is survived by: his parents, Russell Timothy and Ann Creighton Cooper; his brother James Robert Cooper (Amanda); his nieces, Amber Grace Cooper and Meagan Ann Cooper; his brother Michael Patrick Cooper; and his grandmother Mary Kathleen Cooper.
