He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Julie Olsen and Kathy Taylor; his son-in-law Mark Taylor; his grandchildren, Kayleigh (Joseph), Sara (Charles), Shelby and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Patricia, Christopher, Jackson and Willow.
