He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Duncan Dunlap and Pearl McCants Dunlap; his wife Rebecca "Becca" Hollis Dunlap; his son Jerry McCants Dunlap; his great grandchild Evan Scott Klein; and his siblings, Henry Duncan "H. D." Dunlap Jr., Walter Jackson "Jack" Dunlap, Audrey Dunlap Starnes, Bertie Dunlap Thomas and Faye Dunlap Currence.
He is survived by: his children, Rosanne Dunlap Wallace (Mike), Patricia Dunlap Thompson and Roy Lee "Dunny" Dunlap Jr. (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Melody Myers Klein (Jason), Kevin Darrell Myers (Danielle), Bradley Clifton Thompson (Ashlee) and Mark Patrick Thompson (Taylor); and his stepgranddaughters, Michelle Wallace Preston (Ken) and Susan Wallace Golder. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Dunlap's name to Antioch United Methodist Church, 930 W. Rambo Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
